Mr. Khai ate a lot of food. He did not wait for the food to digest. He also drank lots and lots of water. Then he quickly went to exercise. The food did not digest in time and he vomited. He also tied his belt tightly and wrapped his knees too. That is why his body was aching. He did not breathe properly when exercising. The blood in his body did not circulate properly . That was why his heart was painful.

Mr.Khai should not have eaten so much food. This will allow his body enough time to digest. He should not drink too much water /liquids too. His digestive system was under too much stress and his circulatory was not able to function properly. Mr. Khai should have breathed in and out properly when exercising. He should not wear the belt and wrap his knees too.

But it is good that he saw a doctor when he was not feeling well.

In the video clip, Mr. Khai had a very heavy meal: two plates of chicken chop and grilled fish. He also had a can of soft drinks. The human body needs food to grow. The digestive system breaks food down into particles so tiny that blood can take nourishment to all parts of the body. The human digestive system needs about two to three hours for the food to be digested. In Mr. Khai’s case, he did not give his body enough time to break down the food. That is the start of his problems.

In the gym, he drinks more water and he does not warm up. Warming up dilates the blood vessels and lowers the stress on one’s heart. This is where the circulatory system integrates with the digestive system to carry digested nutrients to the cells in our body and to bring oxygen to the cells to release energy. Mr. Khai could have also exercised with lighter weights.

The circulatory system works with the digestive system. The capillaries in the intestine carry the digested food into our circulatory system. The respiratory system also works together with the other systems. The cells in the body use the oxygen to combine with digested food, producing energy and giving off carbon dioxide. The human body system is after all, a system. It needs to work well with one another.
